Talking AI and Fraud with Chelsey Krull, Head of Product Marketing at Pindrop
Episode 3 of our Video Podcast Series.
In this edition of Fintech Compliance Chronicles, I'm resuming our somewhat sporadic video podcast series we started this year where we sit down with folks in the Fintech Compliance space. Recently, I got to connect with Chelsey Krull, Principal & Head of Product Marketing at Pindrop, a company that uses AI-based IVR authentication and anti-fraud solutions to increase efficiency in call centers and stop fraudulent transactions. They primarily focus on call centers that service financial services customers, and the fraud component brings up risk which piqued my interest.
Chelsey has been a marketing leader across financial services and tech for over 15 years, including having worked at Amazon and CME in the past. She has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (which is how we connected a few years back!) and serves on the Chicago Board of Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly, an incredible non-profit that I’m also involved with.
